Big Drum Semi-automatic Filling Machine adopts gravimetric method to measure, by weighing sensor output signal to control the charging valve opening, so as to realize the purpose of automatic filling.
It is with high precision and will not be effected by materials.
The filter device can be added before filling to guarantee the quality of products.
This Semi-automatic Filling Machine( Big Drum ) is widely used in industries such as coating, printing ink, paint, asphalt, glue, lubricant, petrochemical, fineness chemical etc..
It is not only suitable for the filling of liquid, but also for filling of ointment product.
• Fill high viscosity liquid and can choose to equip conveying line and capping machine.
• Applied condition: normal or explosion proof (optional).
• Application: oily incendive agent, paint, oil paint, lubricant, edible oil,other explosive chemicals.
• Composition: computer-aid quantitive filling, weighting system, frame, pneumatic control system.
• Feeding method: continuous and stable feeding (feeding pump or hopper).
The controlling instrument receives weight signal from weighing sensor to control charging valve's opening (0-90 degrees), to achieve the purpose of automatic filling; with a roller conveyor and lid-pressing/clamping device, the machine complete the material filling and sealing process.
With the conveying roller for moving the can or drum. When workers lift the tray (contain empty barrels) to the weighing table. Artificial move filling mouth to the bung hole, positioning, and send out start filling signal. The controller is monitoring automatically and feedback control signals.
According to the control signal, use the electromagnetic valve to control, filling valve achieve the big, small, and cut off control of the flow. Filling nozzle's lifting control can be designed according to the materials' characteristic.
