Filter consists of a stainless-steel bag filter-cartridge, a pneumatic diaphragm pump, control valve.
All the components are on a stainless-steel trolley, and on the movable cart.
It can be removed to any place of the production line.
• The liquid products flow from the top of the filtration bag smoothly.
• It enables the liquid distributed evenly on the whole surface of the filtration bag.
• The liquid distribution on the whole surface can be basically constant and uniform.
• Slight negative effect from the turbulent flow, good filtration result.
• Filtering fineness: 0.5-1500 μm
• Bag type filter is simple and reasonable structure with good flow capability, easy operation.

The pneumatic diaphragm pump sucks the raw materials from vessel to the filte.
The filtrated materials are pumped into filling machine to be packed or storage tanks.
Bag-type Filter, a pressure type filter, mainly consists of filter shell, filter shell cover and quick-open structure,
stainless steel filtration bag with strengthened net etc.
Liquid goes into the filter through the inlet on the side of the device. The filter bag itself is in the strengthened net basket, qualified liquid can be obtained after going through the filter bag with required filtration level because all the particles are blocked by the filter bag during this process. Stainless steel removable cart is easy to move due to its universal wheels.
No sparks during operation so that it can work in explosive surroundings.
