This model has a feeding hopper on top as the buffer tank.
It is with high weighing velocity and precision, it includes weight scale system to control the dosing/filling.

This powder packing machine consists of feeding system, bags-clamping and weighing system, control system, pneumatic control system.
The feeding system is with double speed: fast feeding ensures production capacity, and slow feeding under the control of Inverter to ensure feeding accuracy.
The bags-folding weighing system consists of loading frame, sensor, folder arm. The frame supports the whole system and ensures stability. The control system controls feeding valve and folding bags.
Its operation procedure is as following: manually put bags on, and clamp bags in place, the storage hopper with enough materials opens valve automatically and charge bags with materials, at the same time, it weighs. When it comes to the set working point, it closes the big control valve(screw), and goes to slow feeding. When it comes to the second working point, it closes the slow speed valve(screw), then it stops feeding, displays weight and release bags automatically.
