Volumetric Type Filling Machine adopts volumetric method to measure, through the way adjusting the plunger volume to realize the control of filling quantity.
It can equip with a pump in the front end of the feeding port, or pressuring the material tanks to send material from tank to the filling machine. The filter device can be added before filling to guarantee the quality of products.

This filling machine adopts the type of filling above the liquid or cream.
The design of unique spray gun is easy to operate. The filling is fast and accurate. It minimizes the leakage of the residual liquid at the end of perfusion.
When filling, the operator simply moves the container or can to the filling port of the container to the nozzle and then press the "start " button. The spraying gun goes down automatically and empty barrel automatically removes tare.
It accurately filling at double speed to ensure the filling accuracy. At the end of the filling, the spray gun automatically raises. The barrel is removed and the filling cycle ends.
