This Valve type powder packing machine uses signal sent by weighing sensors to control feeding speed to realize auto packing.
It is mainly used to pack 10KG-50KG powder valve bag.
It is divided into screw valve bag packer and air-sweeping valve bag packer according to its feeding method.
This model has a feeding hopper on top as the buffer tank, it includes weight scale system to control the dosing. Pneumatic control system for material feeding, packing and bag clamping.
• Packing scope: 0~30KG.
• Automaticlly clamp the bag, the powder stored in hopper will load into the bag.
• The weighing apparatus will start to monitor the increasing volume.
• The fast filling valve will shut off when it gets to level " 1 " while the slow filling is activated.
• After arriving at level " 2 ", filling process is completed and the bag is released.
• With height adjustable platform, it helps bag match the sealing machine.
• This model s the intelligentized product, composed of controlling process, machine, electricity and gas.
This valve port type packing machine consists of control system, feeder, bagging machine, weighing sensor, calculating device, pneumatic clamping device, etc. The packing methods can be manual bagging, auto locking bagging, constant feeding, manual bags unloading (auto unloading can be customized).
Dust collecting cover on the top of packer connected to negative pipes directly, with advantages such as: easy operation, high accuracy, easy maintenance, less dust, etc. Dual port valve bag packing machine can be customized according to process.
