This liquids filling machine is mainly used for filling and sealing liquid materials.
It is specially applied to automatic/semi-automatic filling ways.
This model has the weight measuring system to scale the capacity.

Automatic control instrument receives weight signal from weighing sensor to control charging valve's opening (0-90 degrees), to achieve the purpose of automatic filling; with a roller conveyor and lid-pressing/clamping device, the machine complete the material filling and sealing process.

Material viscosity: <=10,000 cps
Applied materials: all kind of liquid chemical products, such as coatings, paint, inks, flavors & fragrances, adhesives, dyes, petroleum, lubricants, pharmaceuticals, food, paper-making, pesticide, metallurgy, etc.
Materials shall be with viscosity less than 10,000cps, suitable for filling liquid or slurry with a certain liquidity such as edible oil, emulsion paint, color paste, industrial paint, curing agent, organic solvent, water-based ink, suspension concentrate, adhesive, detergent, etc.
