Overview

This lab Inline high-shear emulsifying machine, also called “ Inline high-shear emulsifying pump or Lab in-inline homogenizer  ”.

It consists of high shear rotor & stator inside the work chamber, which is a continuous production type emulsifier and 

with the high work efficiency.


Design Highlights

•  This model can work with a 1.0Liter~10Liter small feeding tank.

•  Strong centrifugal force is generated by high speed running rotor.

•  Materials absorb into chamber freetly.

•  The rotor/stator run along with the axial direction.

•  Very small gap between rotor and stator.

•  Chamber's materials are mixed by multi-layers roto&stator.

Working Principle

This Lab Inline Emulsifier is with horizontal structure, there're a few layers stator and rotor in the working chamber. 

The stator and rotor is double coupling design with high matching precision. 

The central shaft driven by the motor rotating at a high speed vacuumizes the gap of the rotor and stator, which suck the materials into the stator and rotor chamber. Rotor driven by the strong kinetic energy creates high linear speed, which puts the materials under comprehensive action of strong crushing, tearing, centrifugal extrusion, hydraulic friction etc between the precision-engineered gap of the stator and rotor. After processed, the materials are flying out and generates strong turbulence under the action of forces from different directions. This process can circulate for times to obtain finished production with high and stable quality.
