This customized disperser/dissolver machine has different customized function, including the " vacuum function, heating or cooling function ".
This machine can select to have the closure mixing function.
Top lid is connected to tank by flange with seal-ring to perform air-proof, and mixing vessel can select with pressure condition.
The mixing blade can customize to install on top of big volume reactor.
There are feeding hole, vaccum hole, sight-glass & lamp on top lid.
• This machine is to dissolve, disperse and mix materials with different viscosity.
• By high peripheral tip speed of the toothed disc, the strong shearing, crashing and friction forces generated between materials.
• The disc disperse, dissolve & mix materials efficiently.
• The whole equipment can be closure to achieve vacuum work condition.
• The vessel or tank can be customized with/without heating jacket.
• Machine's top lid and all contacting parts are mirror polished, easy to clean.
• The whole machine's color can be same as users'request.
Through the high-speed rotation dispersing disc, the materials will become in annular form flow, resulting in strong vortex flow, which descend down to the bottom of the vortex in spiral state.
During the process, materials are dispersed, dissolved, mixed and emulsified efficiently due to the strong shearing crash and friction among the particles.
The hydraulic pump drives the hydraulic cylinder ascend and descend, which drives the whole transmission, working set and closed cover up and down.
And during operation, the cover and tank is completely closed to realize vacuum dispersing result with the help of vacuum system.
