KFS-D Series Coaxial disperser/dissolver has scraper mixing blade.
The products on mixing tank’s wall/bottom can be scraped to the central section, which make all materials under
mixing process.
This machine realizes fully distributed mixing work.
The scraper mixing blade usually is made of PTFE(Teflon) material, non-pollution.
• The scraper is made of PTFE materials.
• The contacting parts are made of SS304 or SS316L stainless-steel, and surface are polished treatment.
• This disperser is to dissolve, disperse and mix materials with different viscosity.
• By very high peripheral tip speed of the toothed blade, the strong mixing force is generated.
• This model is designed for special middle or high viscosity products.
• The mixing tank can select with jacket for heating or cooling function.
• Whole system can select the vacuum work condition.
Through the high speed of the dispersing disc & the low-speed scraper, the materials presented as annular flow results in a strong vortex, which is spiraling downward to the bottom of the vortex. Strong shear collision and friction between particles achieves the function of rapid dispersion, dissolving, mixing. The liquid & powder particles are under a strong shear impact and friction to achieve rapid dispersion and dissolution. The PTFE scraper is fitted to the wall of the barrel to be rotated and swab to the wall of the barrel, which accelerates the material circulation and improves the efficiency of scattered.
