This high-speed mixer is to dissolve, disperse and mix paint, coating or similar materials.
Through the very high peripheral tip speed of the toothed disc, the strong shearing and friction forces
are generated to mix the materials efficiently.
This machine has hydraulic lifting or pneumatic lifting stand structure for option.
User can also select the mixer fixed on a reactor or vessel's top.
• This model is suitable to use in industrial fields for pre-mixing liquids.
• It disperses and dissolves materials to smaller particle size efficiently.
• The motor can be ABB or SIEMENS brand.
• Power supply: 380V, 50HZ, 3P or customized same as user's standard.
• Speed control: with frequency inverter to realize various speed control.
• Height adjusting: hydraulic lifting or electric lifting ways.
• With clamp device to tighten tank/vessel.
Through the high-speed rotation dispersing disc, the material will become in annular form flow, resulting in strong vortex flow, which descend down to the bottom of the vortex in spiral state.
During the process, materials are dispersed, dissolved, mixed and emulsified efficiently due to the strong shearing crash and friction among the particles.
