Feature: With scraper structure, the tank’s inner wall under scrapping in mixing process, all materials fully mixed
KFS-S Series Coaxial Mixer has scraper mxing blade.
The products on mixing tank’s wall/bottom can be scraped to the central section,which-
will make all materials under mixing process.
This machine realizes fully distributed mixing work.
• The scraper is made of PTFE materials.
• The contacting parts are made of stainless-steel, and surface are polished treatment.
• This disperser is to dissolve, disperse and mix materials with different viscosity.
• By very high peripheral tip speed of the toothed blade, the strong mixing force is generated.
• This model is designed for special middle or high viscosity products.
The dispersing disc rotates on high spee,d so that the materials flow in a circulation, resulting in a strong vortex, which is spiraling downward to the bottom of the vortex.
The particles have a strong shear impact and friction to achieve rapid dispersion and dissolution.
The PTFE scraper is fitted to the wall of the barrel to be rotated and swab to the wall of the barrel, which accelerates the materials circulation and improves the efficiency of scattered.
