Feature： High speed mixing blade, the rotation can be controlled on panel, hydraulic lifting stand. With non-standard design.
This vacuum mixer has a sealing lid.
The lid/cover match with vessel working perfectly.
The lid is connected to vessel by big flange, and with seal-ring to realize airproof.
There are feeding nozzles, vaccum hole, sight-glass, lamp on top lid.
• With vacuum system, vacuum degree up to -0.095 Mpa.
• The mixing agitator can set on high speed dispersion or low speed stirrer.
• The whole equipment can be closure to achieve vacuum work condition.
• The vessel with/without heating jacket.
• Machine's top cover and all contacting parts are mirror polished, easy to clean.
• Machine's color can set same as user's request.
Through the mixing blade, the materials will become in annular form flow, resulting in strong vortex flow,
which descend down to the bottom of the vortex in spiral state. During the process, materials are dispersed, dissolved, mixed and emulsified efficiently due to the strong shearing crash and friction among the particles.
The hydraulic pump drives the hydraulic cylinder ascend and descend, which drives the whole transmission, working set and closed cover up and down.
During operation, the cover and tank is completely closed to realize vacuum mixing result with the help of
vacuum system.
