Feature： This in-line homogenizer's work is circulation, which can assemble to work with a vessel or pot
This Homogeneous Mixing System has high shearing rotor & stator homogenizer & mixing stirrer.
The homogeneous workhead with high linear velocity and strong mixing function, which will put the materials under comprehensive action.
By the strong shearing, centrifugal extrusion, and mixing effect, so that the liquid & solid materials and also the gas-phase will promptly dispersed and homogenized.
This unit can circulate to work with stainless-steel Tank, Vessel, Pot or Reactor.
After circulation work, high quality materials are obtained in short time.
User can select the Vacuum work condition in homogenious process too.
• Whole machine is circualtion to work with a kettle or vessel.
• The emulsifying rotor/stator workhead immerges into materials to work.
• Claw shaped workhead with double-direction suction.
• All contacting parts are made of stainless-steel.
• Workhead has good gap fitness and high tip speed ensure excellent emulsifying and mixing.
• All components are processed by the CNC machine.

There're a few layers rotor-stator workheads in the chamber to perform the shearing, cuttings on particles.
The stators and rotors are double coupling design with high matching precision.
The central shaft driven by the motor will rotate at a high speed to vacuumize the gap betweem rotor and stator, and this also suck the materials into mixing chamber.
This system's mixing stirrer will also admix the all materials around, so that keep all materials will be mixed & homogenized.
After processing, the materials are flying out and generates strong turbulence under the action of forces from different direction.
The outer homogenizer machine can work with the mixing reactor, pot or vessel.
