This equipment have high shearing rotor & stator homogenizer & mixing stirrer.
The high linear velocity and strong mixing function put the materials under comprehensive action.
With strong shearing, centrifugal extrusion, and mixing effect, so that the liquid & solid materials and also the gas-phase will promptly dispersed and homogenized.
This unit can circulate to work with stainless-steel Tank, Vessel, Pot or Reactor.
After circulation work, high quality materials are obtained in short time.
User can select the Vacuum work condition in homogenious process too.
• Whole machine is circualtion to work with a kettle or vessel.
• The emulsifying rotor/stator workhead immerges into materials to work.
• Claw shaped workhead with double-direction suction.
• All contacting parts are made of stainless-steel.

This homogenizer & mixer system is circulation workings, there're a few layers rotor-stator workhead in the chamber.
The stator and rotor is double coupling design with high matching precision.
The central shaft driven by the motor rotating at a high speed vacuumizes the gap of the rotor and stator, which suck the materials into the stator and rotor chamber. Rotor driven by the strong kinetic energy creates high linear speed, which puts the materials under comprehensive action of strong crushing, tearing, centrifugal extrusion, hydraulic friction etc between the precision-engineered gap of the stator and rotor.
After processing, the materials are flying out and generates strong turbulence under the action of forces from different direction.
The outer in-line homogenizer can also work circulation with the mixing reactor or vessel.
