This dual-shaft mixing machine is working with a Vessel/tank, and it is aso called " multi-shaft mixing system ".
It has two mixing shafts, the low and high speed blade together with the frame or anchor agitator.
This mixing unit is good for Low, middle or high viscous products mixture.
When under working, both mixing blades will run at the same time, with very ideal blending performance.

• Tank/Vessel can be customized with jacket, for heating or coolant.

Through the high speed mixing blade & low-speed stirrer, the materials flow in annular form flow, resulting in strong vortex flow, which descend down to the bottom of the vortex in spiral state. During the process, materials are dispersed, dissolved, mixed and emulsified efficiently due to the strong shearing crash and friction among the particles.
The PTFE scraper rotates clinging to the tank wall to scrape the materials staying on the tank wall off and also enhances the material circulation.
