KBM-2.2KW Basket Mill is wet grinding machine for mid-batch trials.

It integrates dispersion and milling, two processes into one machine.

Without pump, it realizes one machine and one vessel/tank to do dispersing & milling together.

•  Circulation system is generated between the material feeding rotor and toothed dispersing disc.

•  The grinding beads are driven by the high-speed rod in basket chamber.

The chamber's rotor/pin drives zirconia disc at high speed, which makes the upper part of dispersing disc and

inner grinding chamber become negative pressure.

The slurry is inhaled into grinding chamber. The grinding medium driven by the driving pin inside the chamber
produces force in all directions, which put materials under the action of constant collision and friction to 

smaller the particle size and reducing the particles' fineness.

Suitable to do the materials of viscosity up to 8,000 cps

Production capacity:  0L~5L,  this model is for laboratory trials.
