Basket Mill integrates dispersion and grinding into one machine, suitable for grinding liquid materials with viscosity below 6,000cps.
It is a batch type production machine, and with suitable and reasonable basket head structure.
Easy to clean and to change colors, it realizes one machine to do dispersion & grinding together,
with high work efficiency.
This mill has the " hydraulic lifting stand/frame " for lifting up/falling down, very convenient for operation.
• This model has dispersion & grinding together.
• Without pump or pipelines, very easy to clean.
• Liquid circulation system is generated between the material feeding rotor and toothed dispersing disc.
• The grinding beads are driven by the high-speed rod in basket chamber.
• The beads are high hardness which result in finemilling effect.
• Good milling fineness, high efficiency, and uniform particle distribution are easily achieved.
• Without dead-corner, little residue, and easy to change color or other products.
• This model is widely used in paint,coatings, printing ink, pigment, color paste, pesticide,-- etc.
• Lifting ways: with hydraulic cylinder to drive the lifting up & falling down.
The chamber's rotor/pin drives zirconia disc at high speed, which makes the upper part of dispersing disc and inner grinding chamber become negative pressure.
The slurry is inhaled into grinding chamber. The grinding medium driven by the driving pin inside the chamber produces force in all directions, which put materials under the action of constant collision and friction to
smaller the particle size and reducing fineness.
