This disc type bead mill also called " Horizontal Sand Mill or Sand Grinder ".
Its grinding blade is round disc type.
The disc is made of wear-resistant materials.
It can deagglomerate flocculated materials to small particle size.
Easy to operate, low cost and high efficiency.
• Strong crashing and friction between beads promote excellent grinding qualtiy.
• Good at grinding the paint, printing ink, pigment, pesticide, leather coating ---etc.

• Work chamber with 5L, 20L, 30L, 50L or 60L for optional.
• Mechanical seal: double-end type, with good sealing.
• Feeding pump: with air pump or electric gear pump for optional.
The pump will transfer the liquids materials into the grindind chamber. The spindle drives the
dispersion turbine to rotate at high speed and agitate the grinding medium (glass ball,
porcelain ball, zirconia bead, alumina bead, etc.) to make it produce swirl and radial movement.
Thus, the product is forced to grind and disperse to achieve the specified fineness.
At the same time, the work pressure and working temperature are automatically controlled by
the electric contact pressure gauge and the electric contact thermometer to ensure the safe operation of the whole machine.
Meanwhile, the product and grinding medium are separated by the dynamic material clearance.
It is suitable for large flow, medium and high viscosity water-based solvent's ultra-fine grinding and dispersion.
