Feature： This type sand grinder is the work chamber by vertical style grinding ways, with smalle and large working capacity models
This vertical sand mill is a continuous wet grinding machine.
The working chamber will prevent the evaporation of materials.
It is usually for the process of pigment, dyestuff, ink, paint, cosmetic, pesticide,---etc.
With high efficiency, low cost, reliable security.
• Under the action of slot and dispersion disc, the strong crashing and friction with the grinding
beads promotes high efficient grinding and dispersion on liquid materials.
• It adopts dual mechanical seal and with closed self-lubricating system.
• It is filled with cooling liquid compatible with milling materials to reduce the pollution to
the millbase.
• It is reliable and abrasion resistance.
With the transferring the liquids materials into the grinding chamber.
The spindle drives the dispersion turbine to rotate at high speed and agitate the grinding medium (glass ball, porcelain ball, zirconia bead, alumina bead, etc.) to make it produce swirl and radial movement.
Thus, the product is forced to grind and disperse to achieve the specified fineness. At the same time, the work pressure and working temperature are automatically controlled by the electric contact pressure gauge and the electric contact thermometer to ensure the safe operation of the whole machine.
Meanwhile, the product and grinding medium are separated by the dynamic material clearance.
