This system involves distributing one or multiple phases into at least one continuous phase under vacuum conditions using a high-shear
homogenizer.
By harnessing powerful mechanical kinetic energy, materials undergo hundreds of thousands of hydraulic shear cycles within the
narrow gap between stator and rotor. Through combined effects of centrifugal force, extrusion, impact, and tearing, instantaneous
uniform emulsification is achieved.
The vacuum homogenization emulsifier is a custom-designed equipment configured according to customer processes, suitable for products
requiring emulsification and stirring under vacuum conditions. It can be equipped with low-speed wall scraping stirring for high-viscosity
product emulsification.
High-shear emulsifier configurations are available, ideal for processes including dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, and mixing.
This system consists of a water phase tank, oil phase tank, main emulsification tank, vacuum system,
lifting system (optional), electrical control system (with PLC optional), and operating platform.
Wide application : this system can be customized to meet hygienic standards, suitable for product manufacturing of " Mayonnaise,
salad dressing, Sustard sauce, Sesame paste, Bread spread, Tomato sauce, Seasoning sauce, Chocolate sauce or Pudding, --- ".

The precised stator and rotor matches with each other perfectly. High-speed rotation motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed, which
generates vacuum condition between the stator and rotor. So materials are sucked into the chamber from the top of the stator &rotor and also
from the bottom.
Rotor driven by the strong kinetic energy creates high linear speed, which puts the materials under comprehensive action of strong crushing, tearing,
centrifugal extrusion, hydraulic friction etc between the precision-engineered gap of the stator and rotor. After processed, the materials are flying out
and generates strong turbulence under the action of forces from different direction.
Stable product is obtained after repeated disaggregation, dispersion, homogenization, shearing for a certain period with help of mature production
technology and certain quantity emulsifier.
