Feature： Pressing machine, for high viscous materials discharging. With double-pole lifting type frame, very stable for works.
This pressing machine (double-pole lifting type) is suitable for all kinds of high viscosity materials.
It is used to take out the materials in the packing barrel; the form has single-cylinder and three-cylinder type, generally hydraulic drive, through the cylinder as a lifting and lowering actuator, with a control valve to control the extruder to rise, stop, and fall, and less often pneumatic drive, which can be the barrel of high viscosity materials, adhesives, inks, resins, etc. through the press plate pressure to the materials from the press plate or the barrel of materials to be removed. It can convey the high viscosity materials such as adhesive, ink, resin, etc. in the barrel to the pipeline through the pressure exerted by the platen to convey the materials to the pipeline from the outlet on the platen or at the bottom of the barrel to realize the purpose of discharging the materials.
• This machine can work as a general pressing feeder device.
• We have a special design for cartridge bucket filling,and materials without leakage.
• It can work under pressure maintaining and stable pressure condition.
• The disk ring contacts with vessel's inner wall which will stop materials flowing back.
• This model discharges without any remains.
• Support stand is lifted up by hydraulic cylinder,and with operation control panel.
• The different heights can be adjusted which is suitable for different sizes of drum/tanks.

The hydraulic cylinder can be adjusted within the pressure range of 0-20MPa at all levels, the piston rod can stay at any position, and can work continuously under pressure preservation and stabilization; the pressure plate rubber ring in contact with the barrel wall of the container/vessel ( it also can be equipped with vacuum defoaming device), so that the material does not return to the outside, and the material in the container can be discharged without residues.
