This machine is specially used for mixing middle & high viscous materials.
It is designated for the industries whose production process involve two or more liquids,solids with liquids.
It can be applied to a wide range of viscosity up to 10,000 Pa.s.
With vacuum work function, and vacuum degree up to -0.095Mpa.
• With vacuum system, vacuum degree reach -0.095 Mpa.
• Mixing workheads and the holding vessel are made of stainless-steel which is easily clean.
• The vessel can select with jacket for heating or cooling process.
• This mixer includes two groups: the laboratory models (2L~15L) and industrial models (50L~1000L).
• Particular feature of this planetary mixer is the combination of 3 style movements:
• Trapeziform blades run along with their own shafts.
• All mixing heads also follow planet motion around vessel's wall.
This Vacuum planetary mixer is composed of decelerating motor, planetary frame, agitator, disperser, scraper, bucket, hydraulic lift system.
When planet carrier turns, the agitator's shaft and the dispersion axis rotating around the line of barrel.
At the same time, they rotate around themselves, so that it makes the material be subjected to intense shear and kneading effect to achieve the purpose of full dispersion and mixing.
There is a scraper on the planet shelf that moves with the planet, which constantly scraps the barrel wall. At the same time stirring blades can increase the blade to scrape the material at the bottom of the barrel, which is able to avoid mixing blind Angle. It ensures the stability of the products and enhances the mixing effect.
