Feature： This is for high viscous materials discharging out of tank, with hydraulic pressing system
KYJ Extrusion machine is also called - pressing machine, which is designed for the discharging of high viscosity materials.
This machine is consisted of standing base, hydraulic system, cylinder, disk and control panel.
It has cylinder pressure form for the high-viscosity materials ischarging or packaging. And also for packaging barrels to take out the material; structural form of a single-cylinder type and three-cylinder type, generally hydraulic drive, less pneumatic drive, which will be able to barrels of adhesives, inks, resins, and other high-viscosity materials through the pressure plate pressure to the material from the pressure plate or the outlet at the bottom of the barrel to the pipeline to achieve the purpose of discharging.
• This machine can work as a general pressing feeder.
• We have a special design for cartridge bucket filling,and materials without leakage.
• It can work under pressure maintaining and stable pressure condition.
• The disk ring contacts with vessel's inner wall which will stop materials flowing back.
• This model discharges without any remains.
• Support stand is lifted up by hydraulic cylinder,and with operation control panel.

The hydraulic cylinder can be adjusted within the pressure range of 0-20MPa at all levels, the piston rod can stay at any position, and can work continuously under pressure preservation and stabilization; the pressure plate rubber ring in contact with the barrel wall of the container (can be equipped with vacuum defoaming device), so that the material does not return to the outside, and the material in the container can be discharged without residues.
