This Lab Disperser Mixer is to dissolve, disperse & mix liquids or liquid with powder materials.
It is good at mixing different viscous materials.
With high peripheral tip speed of the mixing disc, and the speed reaches 5000rpm.
This model is widely used for lab testing, research & development.
• KFS-1100W has very high peripheral tip speed of the toothed disc which reaches 5000rpm.
• The running speed is variable, and user can control/adjust rotation freely.
• The strong shearing, crashing and friction forces generated between the materials.
• Toothed disc disperse, dissolve and mix the materials efficiently.
• The large stress forces break down the agglomerates, and achieve symmetrical particles.
Through the high-speed rotation dispersing disc, the materials will become in annular form flow, resulting in strong vortex flow, which descend down to the bottom of the vortex in spiral state. During the process, materials are dispersed, dissolved, mixed and emulsified efficiently due to the strong shearing crash and friction among the particles.
With the lifting stand to adjust the lifting up and falling down to meet the trials' requirement.
