This Lab Disperser Mixer is to dissolve, disperse & mix liquids or liquid with powder materials.
It is good at mixing different viscous materials.
With high peripheral tip speed of the mixing disc, and the speed reaches 5000rpm.
This model is widely used for lab testing, research & development.
• KFS-1100W has very high peripheral tip speed of the toothed disc which reaches 5000rpm.
• The running speed is variable, and user can control/adjust rotation freely.
• The strong shearing, crashing and friction forces generated between the materials.
• Toothed disc disperse, dissolve and mix the materials efficiently.
• The large stress forces break down the agglomerates, and achieve symmetrical particles.
This machine disperses, wets, depolymerized and stabilized in high speed in the container or tank.
The rotor fluid has a rolling ring flow, which results in a strong vortex, and the particles on the surface of the blades are spirally downward to
the bottom of the vortex. The turbulent region was formed at the edge of the scattered disk 2.5 to 5mm.
The slurry and particles were subjected to intense shear and shock. Two beams are formed outside the region, and the pulp is fully circulated and turned.
The fluid at the bottom of the disperser is laminar flow, and the slurry layer of different flow rate disperses each other.
