The KFS-400W High-Speed Disperser is an experimental equipment designed for small-batch dissolution and dispersion, mixing and stirring of products with different viscosities. Through the high-speed rotation of the dispersing disc (up to 8000 rpm), it achieves very high linear speed, enabling rapid dispersion, dissolution, uniform mixing, and emulsification of materials.
• This model has very high peripheral tip speed of the toothed disc which reaches 8000rpm.
• The strong shearing, crashing and friction forces generated between the materials.
• Toothed disc disperse, dissolve and mix the materials efficiently.

The serrated circular dispersing plates within the container to complete the solid-liquid dispersing, wetting, depolymerization, and stabilization processes. It creates a rolling annular flow, generating strong eddies, causing particles on the impeller surface to spiral downwards into the eddy bottom; at the 2.5-5mm edge of the dispersing plate, a turbulent zone forms, where the slurry and particles undergo intense shearing and impact; outside this zone, two jets form, ensuring thorough circulation and agitation of the slurry; the dispersing plate below the impeller operates in a laminar flow state, with layers of slurry at different velocities diffusing into each other, achieving dispersion.
