KFG-G Heating Vessels include: vertical installation style and floor-mounted style.
It can be customized with insulation, cooling or heating jacket.
This vessel is also called " cooking or cooling reactor ".
The reactor's inner can be equipped with paddle, anchor, or propeller style mixer.
It can made of carbon steel, stainless-steel or other composite materials.
With different volume and dimensions for optional.
• With different capacity for optional, work volume: 10 ~ 20000L .
• Mixer's motor power: 0.75kw - 110kw.
• Power supply: 380V, 50Hz, 3P or customized.
• Contacting parts' material: SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel.

The mixing blade (agitator) is driven by the power unit and rotated in a fixed direction.
During the rotation, the materials are driven to do axial rotation and radial rotation to achieve rapid dissolution and mixing of materials.
Materials inside the reactor are in both axial and circular motion, generating several forms of mixing such as shearing mixing and diffusion stirring. Thus the material can be effectively rapidly stirred and mixed.
Dispersion disc rotates in high speed, generating annular flow, resulting in strong vortex, thus the materials spirally down to the bottom. Strong shearing and friction force between particles get the mixture rapidly dispersed and dissolved. The circular motion of the stirring disc generates good radial effect, accelerating material circulation, improve the dispersing efficiency.
