KFG-F Series reactor are made of high-quality stainless steel.
Its inner and outer is mirror polished, and configure with feeding/discharging system, clean system.
It is widely used in process of vulcanization, nitration, hydrogenation, polymerization, condensation, mixture.
Applied in industries such as petroleum, chemical industry, paint & printing ink, pharmacy, food,-- etc.
The reactor, you can select with/without jacket, in order to realize heating or cooling function.

The mixing blade (agitator) is driven by the power unit and rotated in a fixed direction.
During the rotation, the materials are driven to do axial rotation and radial rotation to achieve rapid mixings.
Materials inside the reactor are in both axial and circular motion, generating several forms of mixing such as shearing mixing and diffusion stirring.
Thus the material can be effectively rapidly stirred and mixed.
The circular motion of the stirring disc generates good radial effect, accelerating material circulation, improve the dispersing efficiency.
