This equipment has different mixing workhead, and can select the vacuum work condition.
It can work with a reactor or vessel.
When works with a vessel, and the vessel body is made of stainless-steel, inner and outer mirror-polished.
Top agitators include: anchor style, paddle style or propeller blade type.
Customer can select heating or cooling function for reactor.
• With different capacity for optional.
• Mixer' motor power: 0.75kW - 110kW.
• Power supply: 380V, 50Hz, 3P or customized.
• With vacuum system, vacuum degree -0.095 Mpa.
• Contacting parts' material: SUS304 stainless-steel.
• Installation type: lug support or slanding leg.
• Reactor's top with dished cover.
• Fittings include: feeding/discharging hole, manual hole, --- etc
• We provide non-standard design of this equipment.
The mixing blade (agitator) is driven by the power unit and rotated in a fixed direction.
During the rotation, the materials are driven to do axial rotation and radial rotation to achieve rapid dissolution and mixing of materials.
The whole system can select the vacuum system, vacuum degree up to: -0.095 Mpa.
