Bluestar silicones company is a global chemical company, which is acquisition of Rhodia Silicones (France) by China Bluestar Group. With more than 50 years of experience in the silicone business. This company has a complete industrial chains, and products include isolation coatings, engineering elastomers, health products, specialty fluids, emulsions and resins, --- etc.
This project is a new plant invested by Bluestar Group in Shanghai, and they purchase our vacuum mixing equipment, stainless steel vessels, multi-shaft mixer and planetary mixers for the production of their dental materials.
The material parameters are as follows:
Production raw materials: silicone oil and powder mixing (powder: calcium carbonate, white carbon black, quartz sand, etc.)
Maximum viscosity of liquid feedstock: 5,000 ~ 10,000 P (poise)
Maximum amount of powder material: 80%
Specific gravity of powder: 1
Production capacity: 100 tons/day.
