This production line can design with solvent-base fine chemicals.
Whole complete production line mainly includes: dispersing system, grinding system, mixing system.
With color mixing system, filling& filter system, control system and supporting platform.
It can be semi-automatic control or all automatic control with PLC from materials feeding, dispersing, milling, mixing to filling.
• The dispersion system, we can adopt one disperser match to use with several tanks for customer.
• This model will enhance work efficiency and save occupying area.
• Grinding system adopts Bead mill or basket mill to obtain excellent finished quality.
• If grinding color paste, the Pin rod type Horizontal bead mill is for selection.
• Mixture system adopts multifunctional mixer.
• It is also suitable for high viscous materials, such as varnish.
The mixing blade (agitator) is driven by the power unit and rotated in a fixed direction.
During the rotation, the materials are driven to do axial rotation and radial rotation to achieve rapid dissolution and mixing of materials.
