Working Principle
The key to preparing nanoparticles is controlling the particle size and ensuring uniform distribution. To reduce and eliminate particle aggregation, the ultra-high pressure homogenizer employs the cavitation blasting method, which is currently one of the more suitable techniques for nanoscale preparation. After multiple homogenization processes under a pressure of over 100Mpa, it can produce uniformly sized particles ranging from 0.1 to 0.5um. .
The ultrafine crushing inkjet ink, dye and biological wall breaking are used by the ultra-high pressure homogenizer, and the particle size distribution state is very good, which can obtain a relatively narrow and uniform particle size distribution.
