Recently one famous leather paints manufacturer purchases a few High-speed Mixers & Three Roll Mills machine
from us. This company was founded in 1990 in Istanbul, they are professional for artificial leathers industries & footwear industry, with a variety of pigment paste&leacquers for PU/PVC, anilin dyes, dyestuff solution, flame retardant and UV systems.
The three roll mill is also called " 3-roll grinding machine ".
Now we have finished the production, below is some machine's photo. The mixer is 15Kw power with variable
running speed. The three roll mills include: a laboratory model and a big industrial model - KM-S405 which is 405mm diameter rollers.
3-Roll Mill is very good at grinding high viscosity liquids or solids, with large production ability.
