This machine has the dispersion blade, it is specially used for mixing middle & high viscous materials.

This model often used for the industries whose production process involve two or more liquids,solids with liquids.

It can be applied to a wide range of viscosity up to 5M cP.

Design Highlights

• Trapeziform blades run along with their own shafts.

• All mixing heads also follow planet motion around vessel’s wall.

Working Principle

This viscous mixer is fitted with low-speed mixing agitator and high speed dispersion blade. 

The low-speed mixing blade adopts planetary gear drive.The paddle revolves both round the barrel and on its own axis, 

which makes the material move up and down to achieve the desired mixing effect in a short time. 

The high-speed dispersion parts rotate with the planetary geabox, and they revolve on its own axis at high speed. 

The material is strongly sheared and dispersed. The effect is several times that of an ordinary mixer. 

The dispersing parts are divided into the type of single dispersing shaft and dual dispersing shafts. 

User can choose mixing blades according to their needs. All materials in tank will be fully mixed well.
