Design Highlights

• Under the action of slot and dispersion disc, the strong crashing and friction with the grinding beads promotes

   high efficient grinding and dispersion on liquid materials.

• It adopts dual mechanical seal and with closed self-lubricating system.

• It is filled with cooling liquid compatible with milling materials to reduce the pollution to the millbase.

• It is reliable and abrasion resistance.

Working Principle

With the transferring the liquids materials into the grinding chamber.

The spindle drives the dispersion turbine to rotate at high speed and agitate the grinding medium (glass ball, porcelain

ball, zirconia bead, alumina bead, etc.) to make it produce swirl and radial movement.

Thus, the product is forced to grind and disperse to achieve the specified fineness. At the same time, the work pressure

and working temperature are automatically controlled by the electric contact pressure gauge and the electric contact thermometer to ensure the safe operation of the whole machine.

Meanwhile, the product and grinding medium are separated by the dynamic material clearance.

This machine is suitable to do the materials of viscosity up to 20,000 cps.

Production capacity scope: 0 ~ 5,000Liters.

It is suitable for large flow, medium and high viscosity water-based solvent’s ultra-fine grinding and dispersion.

And often applied in the industrial of coatings, inks, paint, general pigment dispersions, pesticide, adhesive,

ointment, cream, shampoo, calcium carbonate powder, liquids agrochemicals etc.
